ENROLLMENTS
Thank you for your interest in The Kids Cottage Middle Harbour. We have full availability for both Before and After School Care for 2023 so please complete the enrolment forms below and we can book your child/ren in for fun filled morning and afternoon care.

When enrolling your child/ren at Kids Cottage please complete our Enrollment and Parent Code of Conduct forms along with emailing through a copy of your child/ren's immunisation records. Links to all of these forms can be found attached below. We use our software provider Xplor for all bookings and for our parents to sign in and out their child/ren. Our Xplor setup pack is also linked below to guide you through signing up to the Xplor Home app.

If you are interested in enrolling in Kids Cottage for Before and After school care immediately, please contact the centre Director on 02 9056 1113 to discuss the options available.

If your child/ren will be attending Middle Harbour for the first time in 2023, please contact the Centre directly via email at info@kidscottagemiddleharbour.com

CANCELLATION POLICY
​
Please be aware of our 14-day cancellation policy for all permanent bookings. Vacation care booking cancellation policy now requires 14 days’ notice in writing prior to the day of the booking for cancellation without charge.

ENROLLMENT FORMS
XPLOR
All your bookings, payment details, statements along with Observations about your children's development is accessible through the Xplor Home app. This app is your hub for all aspects of Kids Cottage including signing your children in/out each morning and afternoon, updating personal and payment details, adding in extra bookings or informing that your child/ren will be absent and tracking their progress whilst in our care.
